A New Beginning Counseling Center is a team of professionals here to help you find a new path forward. Whether you are dealing with past traumas, current stress, or both, we are here. We believe change starts with trust and felt safety. We strive to honor your unique experience and work toward your unique goals.
Explore a range of counseling services for different ages, relationships, and seasons of life.
Individuals ages 10 and up can find a confidential space to work through past hurts and traumas or current stressors. In individual sessions. You will explore your patterns of thought, behavior, and mood in order to take steps toward change at your own pace.
As a couple or family, you will explore communication patterns, cycles within the relationship, and ways to compromise and understand one another. Whether you would like to improve what is already going well, or identify what is not, the relationship is the priority in these sessions.
Trauma-informed counseling offers a steady, supportive space to process painful experiences at your own pace, ease the impact of distressing memories, and build greater safety, resilience, and connection.
A thorough evaluation will be the first step in order to determine the best medication plan for your or your child.
